Grand Renaissance Gala, November 10
Oak Park Il- Chicagoland’s longest running professional theatre has undergone an exciting metamorphosis. After 6 months of construction the dust has settled and it’s time to celebrate. On Saturday, November 10, join the theatre for their Grand Renaissance Gala. A special line-up of non-stop entertainment, world class cuisine and a special performance from world renowned pianist Perry Johnson will make this an evening to remember. “The past year has been incredible,” says Paul McKenna, President of the Board. “We want to reintroduce ourselves to the community and thank all of the people who made this transformation possible.”
The event begins at 7 p.m. with a 15 minute rotating schedule of entertainment: a light show demonstrating the theatre’s new state of the art light and sound system, national storytellers sharing tales to delight and a film presenting highlights of the history of the theatre.
