Betty Scott Smith

Ms. Smith has acted in several Village Players shows, including Over the Tavern (as Sister Clarissa), Chad Morton's TV Christmas Miracle, The Women, Flowers for Algernon, To Kill a Mockingbird, Arsenic and Old Lace, Broadway Snapshots and Santa Baby, as well as the one-act The Philadelphia in VPT's new Play Ground space. She often appears with her pink boa in cabarets and benefits. Betty has acted on television in Unsolved Mysteries, and has trained at Act One Studios, Victory Gardens and Second City. Her 1940 high school yearbook said, "Although she is registered in a Chicago business school, Betty Scott has her heart set upon being an actress," and now she is.
